Enhance student experiences at Wilfrid Laurier University as the Off-Campus Initiatives Coordinator. Focus on leadership development and housing support for off-campus students in Waterloo.
This full-time, limited-term role reports to the Manager of Off-Campus Initiatives. You will coordinate programs, lead student staff, and foster a supportive environment for off-campus living. Regular evening and weekend work is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and develop LOCUS student staff
• Coordinate onboarding and summer programs for staff
• Develop leadership opportunities for students
• Support off-campus students' well-being and resources
• Foster community engagement for off-campus students
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
