**Job Description**
The Process Technician supports plastic injection molding operations on 2nd and 3rd shift by setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting high-tonnage presses and associated robotic equipment. After an initial training period on 1st shift, this role ensures that machines run efficiently, materials are correctly set up, and quality standards are consistently met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
