Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the company This is a senior position responsible for leading China industrialization team (Xiamen) for Medium Voltage business in Global & China for China OCP projects (PMP, PEP, OTM, Transfer) for different MV Leagues (GIS, AIS, Component & bricks, Digital, etc.). Define and implement supply chain/industrialization/manufacturing strategy (short term / long term). Guide the team in innovative and professional process (standardization, procedure, process improvement). Continuously driving industrialization team to achieve KPI from good to excellent (product cost, project Capex & Expense, TTM, Efficiency). Directly leading the Offer Industrialization leader team in Xiamen to achieve solid project target. Dotted line leading all the industrialization functions including quality, tooling, assembly, equipment and costing working for Xiamen projects from other industrialization department. Put in pl...
