Responsibilities
- Assist with taking telephonic orders from customers
- Assist with general administrative duties and responding to phone calls
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12; tertiary education an advantage
- Hands‑on experience operating spreadsheets (MS Excel)
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Professional and presentable appearance; good attendance record
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
