We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling reception duties, coordinating installations, managing reports, and supporting internal teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma in Business Administration advantageous
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage reports, scheduling, and general office coordination
