Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting follow-up calls and emails with clients
- Encoding of Sales and Purchases
- Monitoring of Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Tracking of documents received and deliveredMaking sure that internal procedures are followed
- Coordinator of internal and external operations
- Regular reporting to department head (weekly basis)
Qualificstions:
- A graduate of Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, or any related program
- Open to fresh graduates; Experience in bookkeeping is a plus
- Critical in making decision and flexible in terms of work load
- With good communication and organization skills
