We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a native or fluent English speaker, preferably Indian. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the management team and handle day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and visitors and responding to inquiries;
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary;
- Preparing documents such as letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets;
- Scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Handling incoming mail;
- Maintaining filing systems;
- Liaising with suppliers to place orders;
- Organizing company events;
