Daily work with maintenance and administration of office buildingManage regular needs for smooth workflow of officeManage office post, courierManage lab and customers’ sampling in/out shipmentsActively take part in sample labelling and packagingLocal event management- support of sales meetings/ customer meetingsBooking preparation for external book-keepingRegular reports for authoritiesQualification and experience:
Experience in office managementGraduation or/and communication degreeProficiency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Valid driving licenceExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team #IncludingYou
