Overview
The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting products/services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls, emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service focus.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
- Promote and explain products/services to clients clearly and persuasively
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
