A Pietermaritzburg based Digital Archiving companyis looking for a candidate to fill the role of Client, Office and IT Supportwith a heart for Africa and good work ethic. This personmust have a systematic and methodical approach to work, some familiarity with IT systems and be comfortable communicating in person and digitally. The candidate will:
Customer Support
- Provide support to customers for our range of products and services
- Oversee the ticketing system
IT Support
- Provide support to the internal team for IT related matters, and to the IT team
- Run continuous tests on our IT infrastructure
- Track the implementation of IT projects
Office Support
- Provide support to the Operations Manager across a range of administrative and operational activities
