To end COPV failure in spaceflight. Great engineering needs a great environment. The community space at our Taufkirchen location is where the team recharges, guests form their first impression of Blackwave, and culture becomes tangible. This role owns that space — and the standard it represents.
THE WHAT
You are the heartbeat of our Taufkirchen community space. You don’t just clean and restock — you set the tone. From a perfectly pulled espresso before the first meeting to a spotless kitchen at the end of the day, you take pride in every detail and make the space feel genuinely alive.
You ensure:
- the community space is spotlessly clean, fully stocked, and visually on point at all times
- every guest and team member feels genuinely welcomed — coffee ready before they ask
- no one else ever has to notice a problem first
