Our client in the Hillside area is hiring an Office Manager to support their team. This role is fully on-site; Monday-Friday with flexible hours of 10-5pm/10-6pm.

Please note: Animals/pets are regularly on-site.

Overview:

This position leans more heavily on accounting responsibilities while also managing key HR and payroll functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

+ QuickBooks (experience is required)

+ Lead Accounts Payable (AP) processes; weekly check writing

+ Manage account reconciliations and sales tax for multiple entities

+ Oversee various insurance policies (auto, business, liability, etc.)

Payroll & HR Responsibilities

+ Manage onboarding and I-9 processing

+ Run payroll using ADP (approx. 20-25 employees)

+ Verify timesheets and handle both commission-based and salaried employees
