This role is responsible for managing supply inventory and ordering, keeping the office clean and organized, coordinating maintenance requests with building ownership, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Office Manager will also support the team by scheduling lunch-and-learn sessions, preparing for client meetings including document preparation and catering arrangements, and providing general administrative support as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with special projects and helping maintain an efficient, welcoming office environment. Requirements:
- Previous Office Management experience
- Previous receptionist and administrative experience is a plus
