Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a manufacturing company in Salinas, California. In this role, you will support the R& D department by ensuring seamless office operations, managing critical research data, and leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel skills to assist with data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative functions for the R& D office, including supply management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records for research projects and office documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry, cleaning, and database management to support research initiatives.
• Create and manage complex spreadsheets, utilizing advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, formulas, charts...
