In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of HR cycles and initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and staff movements. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for data accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Coordinate the full annual performance management cycle, including the launch and tracking of workplan and appraisal forms
- Support management presentations and decision-making with data and documentation.
