Job Description
The Role:
A hands‑on role providing a customer focused, professional front office, concierge, reception, enquiry and back‑office support function to the RFU headquarters at Allianz Stadium. This is a busy full‑time (40hpw) position, working to cover the flexible operational hours of the headquarters venue, including a variety of shift patterns and up to approximately 20 additional event days per annum, working in the Event control room or other operational spaces.
The Team:
The Office Services team are a small but important integral element of the Venue Operations team, providing a wide range of services to the business. Often the first interaction with the business, the Office Services team set the tone for all visitors, guests and those requesting assistance or information.
