- Receive, review, and process loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify applicant information, including personal data, employment, income, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted in compliance with company policies.
Compliance and Policy Adherence
- Ensure all loan processing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or suspected fraud to management immediately.
Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of processed, approved, and declined loan applications.
