About the job
You are the connecting force in our Rotterdam office - keeping the financial administration accurate and the day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and the Project Manager, switching naturally between an accounts payable run in the morning and arranging a transport in the afternoon.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepare memos and bank payments, and support the Financial Controller during month-end closing and financial controls
Manage the purchasing administration, maintain contact with suppliers, and coordinate purchasing and transports together with the Project Manager
Take care of facility matters — orders, post, transport, maintenance and office supplies — and ensure a pleasant, well-organised working environment
