Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Sourcing new to business banking current accounts
- Ensuring the account is funded as per expectations defined in KPI
- Generate Fee income for the bank including:
- Foreign Exchange
- Trade
- Bancassurance
- Deposits
Responsibilities
- Prospect in targeted markets that require meeting standards in phone calls and face‑to‑face visits.
- Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers to enhance the cross‑sell opportunities.
- Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy.
