Job Summary
Ensure timely, smooth and successful crew changes operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning of the crew changes of the vessels on Ratings crew, as applicable.
- Communication with principals and vessels on the planned crew changes.
- Communication with various department for the approval of the planned crew changes if necessary.
- Coordination with recruitment section for crew requirements if necessary
- Establishment of crew availability for pooling requirement.
- Crew Performance Management / Crew Debriefing.
- Evaluation and verification of seafarer’s documents.
- Progress monitoring of completion of seafarer’s documents and follow up of required documents, including renewal of trainings.
