Job Description
- Attend to frontline matters and be responsible when dealings with the public
- Attend to customers either by phone, face to face or electronic means
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update and maintain proper database and information system accurately
- Ascertain all relevant information received are accurate for proper registration
- Perform thorough customer verification and validation
- Responsible in collecting, verifying and managing information / data on the exhumation site area to ensure accuracy
- Perform field work operations at the cemetery
- Manage counterparts involved in the project implementation in accordance with the existing regulations
