Job Summary
To coordinate, plan & deliver day-to-day team tasks & activities in order to execute building services accurately & timeously in support of org. policy compliance through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections at dealers as per the approved frequency.
- Generate inspection lists of vehicles on dealer accounts via the Geolock system.
- Perform a physical inspection of each vehicle, comparing details such as VIN number, engine number and registration number against the inspection list; note unsalable conditions (e.g., scratches, dents, windscreen damage).
- Inspect vehicles not located on the dealer floor, verifying third‑party premises with a letter or job card confirming the vehicle is on consignment.
- Verify ownership by checking original Natis documents and ensuring the vehicle is registered in the correct dealership name.
