Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the protection of company assets by engaging in the prevention of theft by way of observing, detecting, and apprehending shoplifters at Universal Kids Resort (UKR). Supports the investigation of any illegal act, crime and violation of company policy and deterring additional illegal activity that may occur across UKR property, including the theme park and hotel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Proactively conducts undercover surveillance of Guests and Team Members as it relates to theft, performing the collection of physical evidence, electronic and performing physical surveillance. Assists with performing behavioral detection for special events as directed.
