Responsibilities
- Receive and compile MS Excel files from assigned stores.
- Follow up on tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
- Perform data entry into the system, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Record store‑provided ARN details in MS Excel for documentation.
- Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by a superior.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or operations support roles (fresh graduates may apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
