Job Description
Role Summary: To manage and coordinate export logistics operations including vessel planning, port coordination, and documentation to ensure timely, cost effective, and compliant delivery of export cargo while optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing demurrage and delays.
Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate export shipments (breakbulk section and sheet piles, billets) from UAE ports.
- Liaise with shipping lines, vessel agents, port authorities, and internal stakeholders for smooth cargo handling.
- Monitor vessel nomination, berthing schedules, discharge/loading operations, and turnaround time.
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant (BL, invoices, customs, certificates).
- Track cargo movement from yard to vessel loading and ensure cargo readiness.
