JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize upstream and downstream processes for antigen production.
- Perform experiments to optimize growth media, fermenter parameters, feed strategies, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and centrifugations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cell growth, expression levels.
- Maintenance of records for all the activities performed as per requirement
- Maintenance of labs and instruments according to SOPs.
- Supervision of activities performed by operatives
- Literature survey and execution of experiments based on literature.
