JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and optimize upstream and downstream processes for antigen production.
  2. Perform experiments to optimize growth media, fermenter parameters, feed strategies, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and centrifugations.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cell growth, expression levels.
  4. Maintenance of records for all the activities performed as per requirement
  5. Maintenance of labs and instruments according to SOPs.
  6. Supervision of activities performed by operatives
  7. Literature survey and execution of experiments based on literature.
