Position Overview
The Offshore Events and Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional initiatives for our global operations. This role will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure brand consistency, seamless logistics, and impactful engagement across all events and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events (virtual, hybrid, and in‑person) including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate functions.
