Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Offshore Scaffolding Supervisor for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Required
- The candidates should have Diploma in Engineering from an accredited university.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.
- Review work scopes, drawings, and scaffold designs before execution.
- Coordinate with construction, maintenance, operations, and HSE teams.
- Ensure scaffolding materials and manpower are available as required
- Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with company HSE procedures and industry standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments.
- Verify that work permits, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and lifting plans are in place before work begins.
