- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to building a robust sales pipeline.
- Technical Discussions: Leverage in‑depth technical knowledge of our Industrial SaaS and its applications in the oil & gas domain to conduct technical discussions with clients and demonstrate our value proposition. Provide onsite technical support to clients and partners to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
