Job Description
The Logistics Specialist – OJT will support the Logistics team in the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of material movements. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience in warehouse-to-warehouse transfers, inbound logistics coordination, transport monitoring, and system recording using the Vault Inventory Application, under close supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating warehouse-to-warehouse material transfers.
- Support the monitoring of inbound deliveries from suppliers or toll manufacturers.
- Help track delivery schedules and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
Documentation and System Recording
- Assist in preparing and organizing logistics documents such as:
- Delivery Receipts (DR)
- Material Transfer Forms (MTF)
- Encode or assist in encoding logistics transactions in the Vault Inventory...
