Old Street Restaurant Malahide requires Chef de Partie

Old Street Restaurant, Old Street, Malahide, Co. Dublin is currently recruiting for a

Chef-de-Partie.



The successful candidate will be responsible for mise en place and service in our restaurant kitchen.



Experience in modern fine dining food is essential.

Western style brasserie type

ala carte food service experience is essential.



Minimum 2 years chef de partie experience needed.



The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills,

willingness to learn and develop own skills and also a good level of experience at

the fine food level.



Other requirements include:

• Professional Cookery qualification/catering education/ or on job training training

• Full Chef de Partie experience in fine dining environment

• Experience working on main courses.

• Food Hygiene training/experience.
