The Opportunity:
Oliver Wyman is expanding our internal search capability and is seeking an exceptional individual to support recruitment for our fast-growing India Data and Analytics (DNA) team.
The recruiter will play a key role in meeting our hiring needs and directly contribute to the growth and success of recruitment across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end Campus and Lateral recruitment process for DNA, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.
