Job Description
I. Job Responsibilities
- Perform operation and maintenance tasks for wind turbine generators (WTGs) in accordance with established procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable turbine operation.
- Support scheduled and corrective maintenance activities, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, component replacement, and basic technical upgrades.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure turbines and related equipment are operating properly.
- Monitor turbine performance through SCADA systems and promptly report abnormalities or faults to the O&M supervisor.
- Assist in troubleshooting common WTG and SCADA issues and support efforts to minimize turbine downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.
