Job Description
The Omnichannel Platform Lead is a key role responsible for the operation of our omnichannel platform and for the technical execution of Group´s global omnichannel vision, strategy and roadmap. The role will implement the strategy behind the end‑to‑end Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) processes within the omnichannel platform ecosystem, spanning E‑Commerce, mobile applications, digital retail (ePOS), and customer service, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and consumer‑centric experience across all regions (Global Platform Ownership). All platform teams operate as an integral part of the Global E‑Commerce organization, working in close partnership with commercial, marketing, and retail stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
