Job Description
WSP is currently initiating a search for **On Call Emergency Management Specialists, Safety** to report out of our **Honolulu, HI office.**
Emergency management cadre positions are **on-call** and assignments are **on an as-needed basis** . Cadre members are not eligible for benefits.
Cadre members are asked for a 30 day commitment; availability to deploy with little to no advance notice (typically within 24-48 hours); and during deployments, ability to potentially work 8-12 hours/day; 7 days/week.
**Your Impact**
+ Support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories.
+ Deploy to Emergency Operations Center and/or Field Staging Area operations prior to, during, and post-disaster.
+ Responsible for ensuring that worksites are safe for workers and comply with applicable regulations.
