Position Title: On‑Call LVN – Hospice (7 PM to 7 AM)
Location: Victorville, California Position Type: On‑Call (Night Shift) Compensation: $25 per night on-call + $75 per patient visit performed
Position Summary
The On‑Call LVN is responsible for providing skilled nursing care and support to hospice patients during after-hours shifts (7 PM – 7 AM). This role includes patient assessments, symptom management, and documentation of care delivered in homes or facilities. The LVN works independently during the shift and reports directly to the Director of Nursing (DON). This role is essential in ensuring patients receive compassionate, timely care during evenings, overnights, and weekends.
