As the Head of Data Science: Commercial AI, your mission is to set the direction for the Commercial AI team, ensuring that your projects align seamlessly with On's broader strategy. You will lead complex, high-impact projects to elevate our marketing and commercial performance through conceiving and delivering industry-leading machine learning and AI solutions. You will simplify complexity and leverage your deep expertise in science, ML, and AI to drive significant impact and support On's growth.
Your Mission
- Set priorities and implementation strategy for Commercial AI in close partnership with stakeholders in the Commercial, Marketing, and Technology teams. Anticipate and integrate the interests of various teams, ensuring output aligns with broader On strategy.
