About the job On-Island Driver (Buggy Driver)
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled On-Island Driver, also known as a Buggy Driver , to join our team.This position is based in Saudi Arabiaand involves providing transportation services on the island.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a cheerful, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues, on-island staff and guests alike, and provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Drive guests in the buggies as required, following schedules or routes defined by the Site Supervisor, or Dispatcher, and based on guest requests.
- Answer all guest questions with a high level of knowledge about island facilities and services.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, staff, and management to provide seamless service.
- Handle any passenger complaints or issues in a professional manner.
