In this role, you are ensuring the commercial heartbeat of our business never skips a beat. With a primary focus on our retail environment, you act as the vital link between our physical stores and our digital infrastructure. Your Mission
• Payment Lifecycle & Settlement Oversight: Monitor the end-to-end flow of transactions from POS hardware through to the merchant bank account. You will ensure that processing cycles are completed accurately.
• Platform Administration & User Management: Serve as the lead administrator for our payment gateways and processing portals. This includes managing complex user hierarchies, assigning role-based permissions, and ensuring secure access for both retail staff and corporate finance users.
