Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition, Apparel & Accessories (12-month maternity cover)
Location: TN Switzerland, Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes for Apparel and Accessories Product Creation roles.
- Partner with Product Creation leaders to understand hiring needs, align on role profiles, and develop search strategies.
- Drive sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management with a focus on quality and clarity.
- Collaborate with recruiting coordination and TA operations to ensure smooth and professional candidate experiences.
- Use data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve search effectiveness.
- Support broader TA initiatives such as tooling, processes, and employer branding as needed.
