On-Site Civil Maintenance Technician

• Performing assigned civil works services such as painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry as per the schedule from the Civil Works Supervisor.
• Ensure to Follow health and safety standards and procedures at all times
• Immediately report concerns, issues, complaints to Supervisor for appropriate intervention.
• Provides technical assistance to the property handled to ensure that all works related to civil works are in good condition by fixing them

Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
