MASE E&C Pte Ltd is looking for a high-calibre HR Leader to drive and transform our HR operations across our construction projects. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and is confident managing large, multicultural workforces.
What You Will Be Leading- Full spectrum of HR operations across multiple construction sites
- Strategic manpower planning, workforce optimization, and deployment
- Work pass management and strict compliance with MOM regulations
- Complex employee relations, disciplinary cases, and on‑ground HR issues
- Development of HR policies, systems, and process improvements
- Close partnership with senior management and project teams
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as an HR Manager (mandatory)
