Your responsibilities:
Application support
Analyzing critical and complex issues
Asset management
Facility management
Receipt of goods
Local coordination of setting up the office environment
Cooperation with international teams
Extending the Knowledge Base content
Participating in local and international IT projects
Continuous service improvement
Workaround and problem management
Providing on-site support
The knowledge I own:
IT Support experience (On-site)
Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in an IT field is an advantage
Fluency in English (German is advantageous)
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN)
Familiarity with software and IT hardware technologies
Basic experience or knowledge related to Windows/Linux Server
ITIL certifications are an advantage
