This full-time, permanent role requires expertise in equipment maintenance and operation training. You will engage with staff and customers to address challenges while ensuring technical proficiency with tools like MS Excel, SAP, and SolidWorks. Project planning experience is essential as you work to enhance production methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train customers’ staff on equipment operations
• Maintain high levels of technical efficiency
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues
• Verify and assess equipment performance
• Suggest improvements to work processes
Requirements:
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD
• Knowledge of SAP software modules
• Minimum experience in project planning
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Ability to work under pressure with client focus
