Our Go-to-Market team, based across LATAM, is looking for a client-focused and goal-driven individual to help new clients successfully integrate and flourish on the Hotmart platform.
As an Onboarder/Customer Success Consultant , you will play a vital role in ensuring new clients are set up for success, guiding them through the onboarding process, and helping them increase their initial sales before handing them off to the Customer Success (CS) team for ongoing support. Your efforts will significantly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall growth of Hotmart's market presence in the region.
