Job Description

As the eCommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers experience a seamless, high-performing, and brand-aligned shopping journey. This role supports day-to-day eCommerce operations, store optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding for new ecommerce clients, ensuring smooth Shopify setup, configuration, and launch readiness
