Nair Systems is currently looking for Onboarding & Operations Manager (Mid Level) for our UAE operations.
Preferred Background
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate KYC, CDD/EDD, AML compliance, onboarding, or financial crime operations.
- Strong understanding of UBO identification, PEP/sanctions screening, adverse media, and AML risk assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment with defined SLAs and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding lifecycle for assigned financial institutions.
