- Background Screening: Review and process background checks for approval, ensuring compliance with company standards. System Account Setup: Initiate and coordinate new hire account setups across all relevant systems.
- Start Date Coordination: Communicate and align start dates with new hires and their managers for seamless integration.
- Documentation Oversight: Guarantee 100% completion of onboarding documents and forms, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
