We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to support the modernization of legacy systems, with a strong focus on migrating APIs from .NET Framework 4.0 to .NET 8.
This role is ideal for engineers with deep expertise in backend development, API transformation, and database optimization within on-premise (data center) environments.
Modernize and optimize backend services while ensuring system stability.
Work extensively with SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
Maintain and enhance existing systems hosted in on-premise data centers (no cloud involvement).
Collaborate on code management and version control using GitLab.
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across all implementations.
